Veteran's Day Murph Workout
Thursday, November 6, 2025 5:00–7:00 PM
- Description
This event is to honor veterans in the FGCU community. The Murph is a workout to honor Lt. Michael Murphy, who gave his life in the Afghanistan war for his comrades.
The workout includes a 1-mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats, followed by another 1-mile run. Additionally, there is a half version and regressions available for any ability level interested in participating. It is not how we do the workout but why we do it.
Walk ups are welcome or you can reserve your spot on the Rec Store starting on 10/30.
