Depending on the situation, it may be better to use a credit card versus a debit card. No matter which card is used, it’s always a good idea to make sure they are used responsibly. At this table, we will break down credit card facts using trivia questions and sort out the differences between credit and debit cards to help students edit their credit!

At this table, students will learn about what nicotine products contain and some of the health effects of using nicotine products. We will also share some resources that can help support students seeking to reduce their nicotine use and tips to increase safety for students that choose to use nicotine products.

Mental Health has been a BIG topic recently and there is a lot of information to know. Through this table, students will navigate through the basics and misconceptions of mental health. Through talking about mental health and the stigmas surrounding it, individuals tend to feel more comfortable having conversations about their own mental health. Students will also learn important ways to care for their own mental health.
