Heels Hip Hop takes your favorite cardio dance class to the next level! Feel empowered and confident dancing in your favorite high heels – though heels are totally optional. Pre-registration is required on the RecStore website 24 hours before the class start time.

Learn the basic self-defense skills in this specialty series of classes such as how to get away from an attacker quickly, fall safely, keep yourself safe, and more! Registration opens 24 hours in advance on the RecStore. 

Students can chose to work as an usher, ticket scanner, merchandise table attendant, or at the McCurdy Bar (21+). Seeking to serve the educational and cultural needs of our diverse communities, Arts Bonita offers year-round programming in visual and performing arts. We facilitate opportunities by providing artistic experiences—classes, workshops, panel discussions, lectures, performances and educational art events like our National Art Festivals.
