Dream On

    How did you sleep last night? According to the Sleep Foundation, over half of college students receive fewer than seven hours of sleep during a typical semester (Ryan, 2022). To help students get better sleep, Dream On will guide students through the importance of sleep, the Sleep Cycle, and provide insight on how to identify sleep inhibitors. This program will also encourage students to use what they learn to create their own unique bedtime routine!
