- DescriptionWelcome to Weights is a beginner-friendly program designed to introduce individuals to the fundamentals of barbell-based strength training. Participants will earn proper form, technique, and safety cues for key lifts like squat, bench, and deadlift. Whether you are brand new to their weight room or looking to build confidence with barbell training, this program offers a supportive and educational environment to help you get started. Registration opens 10/1 and is done through the RecStore.
