Wellness: Keeping It Wheel @ Working It Out: Inside Out

    Life is all about balance. At this table, students learn about the 8 dimensions of wellness and how it contributes to their overall health. They will get a chance to recognize successes and areas they want to improve with their personal wellness journey, while learning about campus resources that can support them. In addition, students will learn about our FREE Wellness Coaching program!
