FGCU-designated essential personnel have a vital role in the response and recovery of an incident on campus, especially a hurricane. FGCU Emergency Management has created three training sessions to educate and prepare essential personnel for their role and responsibilities before, during, and after a hurricane. Essential personnel will gain awareness of how to prepare themselves professionally and personally. They will also learn about the elements of the FGCU incident management framework and how we work together to restore our community after a hurricane.   The target audience is essential personnel. These sessions are intended to replace the mandatory Essential Personnel Workday training.   All sessions are in person.
