- DescriptionPre-departure meetings prepare students to engage in service with purpose, humility, and confidence with Alternative Break. Through interactive workshops and discussions, participants develop a shared understanding of servant leadership and what it means to lead by supporting others. These sessions emphasize teamwork, active listening, and reflection as key elements of meaningful service. Students will learn, engage, and explore within their Alternative Break Cohort.

If you are on main campus, we will pick you up and give you a ride to your destination within the main perimeter of campus. On your way to class or back to your room, we will ask you trivia questions related to health and wellness! The first 20 passengers will receive $5 Eagle Dollars on their Eagle Account within 1-3 business days, which can be used for student printers, laundry facilities, vending machines, dining locations.
