Faculty and staff will learn how to ensure compliance with institutional policies and legal requirements while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all.

This training clarifies the responsibilities of designated employees who are required to report incidents of harassment, discrimination, and sexual misconduct. Participants will gain a clear understanding of what it means to be a "Responsible Employee," what types of conduct must be reported, how to respond to disclosures with care and professionalism, and the proper steps for reporting to the appropriate campus officials. The session also covers institutional policies, reporting procedures, and the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for all community members.
