Breakthrough T1D is looking for FGCU students who may be interested in assisting them with their Breakthrough T1D SWFL Community Walk at the Miromar Outlets on November 8th, 2025! Set up will start at 7:30 AM and they are also looking for volunteers to help with set up & tear down, pass out waters to walkers, and assist with sign up. Breakthrough T1D is a nonprofit that focuses on accelerating life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent, and treat type 1 diabetes and its complications. Any volunteer under 18 years old has to have an adult present with them.
