This workshop will cover topics such as: College student mental health, active listening & empathy, crisis de-escalation skills, suicide prevention & intervention, and connecting students to support. At the completion of this training, individuals will receive a certificate of completion, as well as a Community of Care Campus Network sticker. Trained individuals can post this sticker in their residence halls, offices, put on their computers, etc to denote that they have this type of training and they are good resources for students needing additional support.
