At Collaborative Care Advocacy Group (CCAG), we strive to create an experience for families that is rooted in compassion, connection, and continuity. From the moment of diagnosis through every stage of life, our goal is to walk alongside individuals with disabilities and their loved ones—offering guidance, support, and advocacy every step of the way. We are dedicated to ensuring access to essential services, resources, and opportunities that enable individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

The CCAG has varying roles of volunteers to help with events, funding, marketing/outreach, translators/interpreters, set ups/take down for events, volunteers for events throughout the year etc.
