*Ongoing & On-Campus* Tabling for ROCK (Roots Of Compassion and Kindness) Center
- LocationFGCU Campus
- Description
The ROCK Center at FGCU is dedicated to fostering compassion, kindness, and empathy through education, action, and research. Since its launch in 2020, the center’s instructors equip students with interdisciplinary insights on compassion, which students then bring to life in local classrooms through creative and interactive activities—like painting rocks, planting gardens, journaling, role-playing, readers' theater, and more.
Now, you can represent The ROCK Center at tabling events on campus and in the community! Help us share our mission by engaging with visitors, distributing educational materials, and spreading goodwill. This is a great opportunity to earn service-learning hours while promoting positive social change and connecting with like-minded peers.
