----------------------------- Give back to the community.  Get service-learning hours. Develop your leadership skills.Be a Day of Service Site Leader! The FGCU Office of Service-Learning & Civic Engagement is in need of students to serve as site leaders during the WOW Day of Service. Site leaders will help lead a service trip with roughly 25 student participants per site.  You will work together with one or two additional site leaders to lead your site location. Locations will vary and transportation is provided. Learn more about the Day of Service event here.  The event runs 8am-1pm.  However, we ask site leaders to arrive at 7am to help with setup and plan to stay until 2pm to help with any teardown that may be needed.  You will engaged in 7 hours of service-learning toward your graduation requirement.   Note:  IF YOU SIGN UP HERE, YOU DO NOT ALSO NEED TO SIGN UP AS A PARTICIPANT   You must attend a short training session.
