Volunteers Needed to Help Launch a New System for Food Pantries at Meals of Hope!

- DescriptionVolunteers will be trained on how to fill out intake forms, process TEFAP forms, and scan driver’s licenses into the system for food pantry access. To sign up for this opportunity, please email julyvette@mealsofhope.org Please let us know which day of the week will work for you during the month of May or June so we can set up a date to start with the groups. Meals of Hope Students who complete this event gain skills in Teamwork/Collaboration, Digital Technology, Leadership. - Jun 162:30 PM*Ongoing* *On-Campus* Volunteers Needed to Assist the Special Olympics as a Play Pal!This is an innovative sports play program for children ages 2-7 with intellectual disabilities and their peers, designed to introduce them into the world of sports. The benefits to this program have been proven worldwide. First and foremost, these activities will help the children improve physically, cognitively and socially. This program will also raise awareness of the Special Olympics program and serve as an introduction to the resources and support available within Special Olympics Florida families, agencies and schools.
