 Location: Gulf Coast Medical Center 13681 Doctors Way, Fort Myers, FL 33912 Join us for at Bloomingful Community Garden Maintenance Day as we plant and care for the garden located in Fort Myers, FL. Our community garden is in need of some TLC, and we’ll be planting and weeding to help it thrive. Be prepared to get your hands dirty! Please wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and bring a refillable water bottle. We’ll provide all the necessary tools, plus snacks and water—just bring your energy and enthusiasm! Directions: Bloomingful Community Garden is located in the rear of Gulf Coast Medical Center. Once you enter the campus from Daniels Parkway, follow the red directional signs by taking a right onto Doctors Way. Students will assist with preparation for community outreach activities in the Lee County area. Students will have one-on-one interactions with community members, low-income populations, homeless populations in some aspects, and young adults. Students will assist in preparing promotional items such as condoms, pamphlets, and swag items for outreach activities.
