*Guided Trip with Transportation* Sanibel Puschel Preserve

    Help Protect Sanibel’s Newest Nature Preserve Join the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation (SCCF) at the brand-new Puschel Preserve on Sanibel Island for a rewarding day of environmental service! This community preserve, opened in spring, offers gardens, benches, a water fountain, and even a bike repair station. It’s a space for people and wildlife alike—but it needs your help! Help us remove invasive ragweed and give our native species the space they need to thrive! 📅 Date: Monday, August 25th 🌱 Event Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM🕗 Meeting Time: 8:00 AM at McTarnaghan Hall Bus Loop🚌 Departure: 8:15 AM🚍 Return: 1:45 PM 🍕 Lunch is provided! 🛠️ Volunteer Task: Removing invasive ragweed to give native plants room to thrive. Don’t worry—it’s simple! We’ll pull the weeds by the roots.
