Event: Veggie Village Community Garden Maintenance Day
 Date & Time: September 4th, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM Location: Veggie Village Community Garden – North Naples, FL (7070 Immokalee Rd, Naples, FL 34119)   Our community garden is in need of some TLC, and we’ll be planting and weeding to help it thrive. Be prepared to get your hands dirty! Please wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and bring a refillable water bottle. We’ll provide all the necessary tools, plus snacks and water—just bring your energy and enthusiasm!   Directions: Veggie Village Community Garden is located inside Saint Monica’s Episcopal Church grounds. Once you enter the parking lot, take an immediate left and continue to the end until you see the garden.   Please plan to stay the entire time (9:30 AM to 12:00 PM). Turning Point Church in Bonita Springs is in need of FGCU students to serve in-person on Sundays from 8:30 -10:30 am and/or 10:00 am - 12:00 noon to engage with children from babies to 5th grade in their classrooms, once or twice per month. This will run from September 7th until December 28th. Background check required (no charge).
