Hancock Creek Elementary is looking for FGCU students who may be interested in assisting them with organizing and running their holiday Wonderland Gift Shoppe. The Wonderland Gift Shoppe gives their Pre-K through 5th grade students an opportunity to give back to their families for the holidays. It allows students to be thoughtful and considerate gift givers just before the holidays. The service includes setting up the shop, operating the shop on a daily basis and assisting students as they navigate budgeting and selecting purchases. This opportunity will be available starting on December 5th, 2025 and continue through December 13th, 2025. There will be shifts that students can volunteer to work ranging from 9:00 AM - 2:45 PM. Students who complete this event gain skills in Oral/Written Communications and Professionalism/Work Ethic. This aligns with the following Sustainable Development Goals: Quality Education (4).
