The purpose of the FSL Leaders Retreat is to give council and chapter leaders, an opportunity to develop and apply the necessary skills to be successful in their positions and create positive change within their organizations. This retreat will help the chapter and council leaders build relationships amongst each other, learn about the importance of collaboration with campus partners and the other councils, and set goals and a vision for the Florida Gulf Coast University Fraternity & Sorority Life community.
