Kyle Brown: Kyle Brown brings over ten years of executive search and recruiting experience across multiple industries. He has worked in sports and entertainment for the last nine years and has successfully filled numerous positions across MLB, NFL, MLS, NHL, NWSL, WNBA, and various NCAA Division I schools, among others.
As a Senior Recruiter, Brown focuses on running the entirety of the search process - from the initial client pitch, recruiting and evaluating talent, to aiding in the offer stage negotiations. He will also be involved in business development and overall firm operations.
Brown began his career in the sports industry with several minor league affiliates for various Major League Baseball clubs (Yankees, Twins, and Blue Jays) in Florida before beginning his recruiting career in the IT sector. He graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers with his Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Brown now lives in Philadelphia, PA with his wife Maureen, son Max, and their lab Lola.
