Empowering Faculty to Lead in AI-Enhanced Education

The WCE AI Challenge Fellowship is a year-long initiative designed to support faculty at FGCU who are ready to explore and integrate artificial intelligence into their teaching practices. The program builds a vibrant community of practice, driving innovation and student engagement across education in all academic units on campus.

The U.A. Whitaker College of Engineering is offering up to 5 fellows for WCE and up to 5 fellows open to faculty of any academic unit at FGCU. The selection will be made by an internal committee led by and at the discretion of the U.A. Whitaker College of Engineering, in partnership with the Dendritic Institute.
✅ Prerequisite Training – MSLE AI Bootcamp
To participate in the fellowship, you must complete the Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE) Generative AI for Teaching & Foundational AI Bootcamp offered by the Dendritic Institute:
