    Hosted by: Cultural Heritage Center of SWFL
    In collaboration with: Fishermen’s Village, Punta Gorda
    Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025


    Time:

    Set-up begins: 10:00 AM

    Parade of Nations: 12:00 PM

    Stage Performances: 1:00 – 5:00 PM

    Vendor Take-down: 6:00 PM


    Location: Fishermen’s Village, 1200 W Retta Esplanade, Punta Gorda, FL 33950

    Volunteer Time Commitment: Minimum 3 hours (flexible scheduling)

    Celebrate culture, community, and connection by volunteering at the 7th Annual International CultureFest, a vibrant event that honors the rich diversity of Southwest Florida. Hosted by the Cultural Heritage Center of SWFL, this one-day festival features the Parade of Nations, multicultural dance performances, global cuisine, and artisan vendors from around the world.

     

    Volunteers are needed for a variety of meaningful roles, including:

    Stage production assistance

    Vendor set-up and breakdown

    Participation in the Parade of Nations

    Photography and live social media streaming

    This is a fun, immersive experience for FGCU students to engage with the community, develop cultural fluency, and support a more inclusive world.
