American Heart Association is looking for FGCU students who may interested in helping fundraise, set up, and facilitate the Collier County Heart 5k Walk that will benefit the American Heart Association. To sign up for this opportunity, please CLICK HERE!   There are two shifts available: Setup Day: 12 Dec 2025 - 10:30am to 4:30pm Event Day: 13 Dec 2025 - 7:00am to 1:00pm If you are unable to work the full shift, please contact Taylor Swinford at taylor.swinford@heart.org to coordinate accordingly.   Students who complete this event gain skills in Critical Thinking/Problem Solving, Oral/Written Communications, and Teamwork/Collaboration This aligns with the following Sustainable Development Goals: Good Health and Well-being (3) and Reduced Inequalities (10) This aligns with the following Academic Majors: Public Health, Health Science, Nursing, Exercise Science, Business Management, Marketing, Resort & Hospitality Management
