- Oct 257:30 AMVolunteer Photographer Needed for Golf Tournament with Warrior Homes of CollierPut your photography skills to use! We are looking for a volunteer photographer for our golf tournament. Must bring your own equipment and provide your own transportation. We prefer that the student serve for the entire tournament. Warrior Homes provides healthy and safe living environments for veterans in need of a hand up and not a handout. Warrior Homes started in early 2018 as the result of our community coming together to address the homeless issues faced by local veterans. Learning how to address and resolve conflict can help students recognize the importance of constructive conflict and build their conflict resolution skills. Students will learn to navigate the Five Styles of Conflict Management and learn essential skills to navigate conflict in a healthy way. *Free dinner for students who RSVP. According to the Sleep Foundation, over half of college students receive fewer than seven hours of sleep during a typical semester (Ryan, 2022). To help students get better sleep, Dream On will guide students through the importance of sleep, the Sleep Cycle, and provide insight on how to identify sleep inhibitors. This program will also encourage students to use what they learn to create their own unique bedtime routine! *This is a 45-60-minute presentation. Free dinner for students who RSVP. In this program, you will learn about mental health myths, resources, and how to improve your mental health. We also cover important topics including anxiety and depression, which affect many college students. Participants will also learn how they can help others that may be struggling. Learn more about this important topic while having a good time with your friends! *This is a 45–60-minute presentation. Free dinner for students who RSVP.
