Responsibilities: - Maintain and update stakeholder databases. - Assist with communication between DENDRITIC and its collaborators. - Track interactions and opportunities for collaboration with industry and government partners. Skills Developed: CRM systems, stakeholder engagement, data management, and communication. Responsibilities: - Assist in creating marketing materials, including newsletters, social media posts, and event promotions. - Help manage the institute's social media presence and website content. - Support internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging. - Track media engagement and analyze marketing campaign performance. Skills Developed: Digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and communication strategy. Responsibilities: - Organize and document meetings (meeting minutes, follow-ups). - Manage project calendars and logs. - Assist with the coordination of operational workflows. - Support internal communication among different DENDRITIC committees. Skills Developed: Project management, organizational skills, communication, and time management. - Aug 26 – Dec 31*Ongoing* Suncoast Blood Centers Need Blood Drive VolunteersSuncoast Blood Centers will visit the FGCU campus for blood drives during the school year. We are looking for volunteers to share flyers & information on upcoming blood drives and encourage student & staff participation. The first blood drive will be on August 26, 2025. The bloodmobile will be on-site from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, during which time students can also assist. Future drives will occur on weekdays. The next drive will be on October 29, 2025. Students can schedule times at their convenience to assist. Blood Drive is in parking lot 5. Student volunteers are needed to assist there and also around campus.
