We’re pleased to announce that Omar Franco and Shannon Duncanson from Becker Poliakoff will be on campus Tuesday, August 12th, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM in Edwards Hall 210.
They will meet with faculty to discuss the Legislative Earmark process and explore opportunities for potential funding.

- Sep 17:00 AMFun Time Early Childhood Academy Needs Volunteers for Labor Day 5K at Baker ParkWe’re looking for FGCU students to volunteer at the Labor Day 5K on Monday, September 1st from 7:00 AM–10:00 AM at Baker Park. This community race is hosted annually by Gulf Coast Runners, and Fun Time Early Childhood Academy is proud to be this year’s beneficiary. Volunteers will help with: - Event setup and breakdown - Water stations and snack tables - Distributing t-shirts and runner welcome bags - Cheering on runners along the route It’s a great way to get involved in the community, earn service-learning hours, and support early education in Collier County. About Fun Time Early Childhood Academy: Our mission is to provide affordable, high-quality early learning for underserved children from working families, preparing them for success in kindergarten and beyond. We serve children from infants through age 5 in a safe, nurturing, and education-focused environment while also offering support services to families.
