Mental Health has been a BIG topic recently and there is a lot of information to know. Through this table, students will navigate through the basics and misconceptions of mental health. Through talking about mental health and the stigmas surrounding it, individuals tend to feel more comfortable having conversations about their own mental health. Students will also learn important ways to care for their own mental health.
