I’ll take Mental Health Myths for 200, Alex! Yep, it’s Jeopardy with a mindful twist. In this program, you will learn about mental health myths, resources, and how to improve your mental health. We also cover important topics including anxiety and depression, which affect many college students. Participants will also learn how they can help others that may be struggling. Learn more about this important topic while having a good time with your friends!
