In this program, you will learn about mental health myths, resources, and how to improve your mental health. We also cover important topics including anxiety and depression, which affect many college students. Participants will also learn how they can help others that may be struggling. Learn more about this important topic while having a good time with your friends!

How did our perception of ourselves become so distorted? What would it be like if we embraced who we are? It’s time to learn how to love and accept the person we are. This presentation is designed to give you the facts about body image, help you recognize your self-perception, and empower you to celebrate your body!

Students will have the opportunity to receive a one-on-one review of their resume from accounting professionals. All majors are welcome to this time to network with peers and professionals, while learning how to present themselves to the workforce. Free food provided.
