Mental Health has been a BIG topic recently and there is a lot of information to know. Through this table, students will navigate through the basics and misconceptions of mental health. Through talking about mental health and the stigmas surrounding it, individuals tend to feel more comfortable having conversations about their own mental health. Students will also learn important ways to care for their own mental health.

Come join us for our twice weekly classes taught for and by Dance Company members! Classes are two hours long and range from beginner to advanced skill levels. Classes focus on a wide range of styles and skills that aim to give a well-rounded and fulfilling recreational college dance experience.    Classes are held in the URWC gym Studio 1; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-10pm. LCOB School of Resort & Hospitality Management is looking for FGCU students who can assist them with set up of event, making sure employers get to their assigned area, setting up refreshments, handing out fliers, and tearing down the event.
