Come and join the Improv Club at our weekly meetings! We play easy-to-learn improv games that anyone can participate in, or provide suggestions if you'd like to sit back and watch! Meet new people and learn a new skill!

This tabling will promote our philanthropy. We help contribute to the Abuse Counseling and Treatment Center of Fort Myers. 

Our First-Generation College Celebration event will celebrate the achievements of all first-generation students, staff, faculty and alumni, and is meant to increase awareness of the first-generation college student experience here at FGCU and nationally, and to ensure that first-generation students are connected to campus resources needed to succeed! Our Panel of Pioneers: The First-Gen Experience, will take place on Thursday, November 13, from 9:30am - 11:30am in AB9 106. This will be a panel led by half students, half alumni, to discuss their experience being first-generation. This panel is open to anyone to attend, but does require an RSVP, as lunch will be provided and seating is of limited quantity. Prior to the panel, our Library Lawn Celebration will take place the previous Wednesday, November 5, from 10:00am - 2:00pm. There will be several Campus Partners in attendance, activities and games, food, and more! Retention and Gradaution Services will be providing special "first-gen" stoles for first-gen graduating seniors. Learn how to combine texts, images, and videos with maps using Knight Lab's Story Maps. A user-friendly tool, Story Maps can be utilized to deliver spatially based content for presentations, projects, and personal narratives. In the workshop, we will provide a brief tutorial using materials from University Archives and Special Collections, followed by hands-on practice. 

This is our annual toy drive. We are collecting toys for the children at Bonita Springs Elementary School. I was not sure where to put the information, but we do plan on passing out flyers to tell students and employees about how they can participate.

Come join us every Thursday at 1:30 in the Library room 431 for a variety of arts and crafts while we make great connections and get to know one another! Arts and crafts include painting, bracelet making, coloring, and more!
