According to the Sleep Foundation, over half of college students receive fewer than seven hours of sleep during a typical semester (Ryan, 2022). To help students get better sleep, Dream On will guide students through the importance of sleep, the Sleep Cycle, and provide insight on how to identify sleep inhibitors. This program will also encourage students to use what they learn to create their own unique bedtime routine! *This is a 45-60-minute presentation. Free dinner for students who RSVP. Those with dietary restrictions must RSVP at least 48 hours in advance to be accommodated*

On your way to class or back to your room, we will ask you trivia questions related to health and wellness! The first 20 passengers will receive $5 Eagle Dollars on their Eagle Account within 1-3 business days, which can be used for student printers, laundry facilities, vending machines, dining locations. Passengers must sign a form in order to receive the $5 in their Eagle Account.
