Atlantic Sun Conference adds West Florida as full member this fall
The Atlantic Sun (ASUN) Conference and United Athletic Conference (UAC) have announced that the University of West Florida will transition to the NCAA Division I level and join both leagues beginning Fall 2026. UWF will compete in the ASUN as a full multi-sport member, in addition to joining the UAC as a football-playing affiliate.

FGCU Give Day 2026 Approaches
On Mar. 25, the Southwest Florida community has the opportunity to come together and support Your Hometown Team for FGCU's annual Give Day – a 24-hour fundraising effort designed to support student-athletes, the 15 Division I sport programs and key priorities across FGCU athletics. FGCU's Give Day campaign begins at Noon on Mar. 25 and concludes at Noon on Mar. 26.
