FORT MYERS, Fla. – The Florida Gulf Coast University men's and women's cross country programs will head to Tallahassee for the 2024 NCAA South Regional Meet on Friday morning. The race is hosted by the Florida State and will take place at the Apalachee Regional Park.

FORT MYERS, Fla. – The Florida Gulf Coast University's men's cross country team took home both Atlantic Sun Conference weekly awards Wednesday. Bramwell Havi won Runner of the Week and Hector Toro earned the Freshman of the Week accolade.

Bramwell Havi won the individual 8k and five runners finished in the top 10 individually to help Florida Gulf Coast University men's cross country team win the  team title at the Hatter Invitational in DeBary, Florida.
