Head coach Andrew Danna returns for his seventh season at the Nest. In the 2024–25 season, the Eagles achieved a significant milestone by earning an at-large bid to the NCAA Amherst Regional, marking the second time in program history that they've advanced to postseason play. The team concluded the season with an 11th-place finish at the regional, with senior Tom Scullion leading the charge and finishing tied for 20th overall. The 2024–25 season also saw the Eagles achieve a program-record low scoring average of 284.9, underscoring the team's growth and development under Coach Danna's leadership. With a strong returning roster and a commitment to excellence, FGCU men's golf looks poised for continued success in the upcoming season.

Following the conclusion of this tournament, the Eagles will continue on the road to the Jim Delapa Intercollegiate hosted by Central Michigan University in Bent Harbor, Michigan.
