Men’s golf announces 2025-26 schedule, featuring home event at West Bay and trip to Hawaii
FORT MYERS, Fla. – Florida Gulf Coast University men's golf head coach Andrew Danna has announced the team's 2025-26 schedule, which includes a home tournament at West Bay and a trip to the Pacific for an event in Hawaii.
The slate features 11 regular-season tournaments, with five events in the fall and six in the spring. FGCU returns to host the West Bay Collegiate Oct. 6-7 in Estero, Florida at West Bay Club. Seven of the team's 11 events this season will take place in either Florida or South Carolina.
The Eagles return all but one player from the 2024-25 roster, a squad that earned an at-large berth into the NCAA Championship field and competed in the Amherst Regional. For the full schedule, visit the FGCU men's golf schedule page.
Fall Schedule:
FGCU opens its fall campaign Sept. 7-9 at the Myrtle Beach Intercollegiate, hosted by Coastal Carolina in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Later that month, the Eagles head north to compete in Central Michigan's Jim Delapa Intercollegiate Sept. 28-29 in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
FGCU then hosts the West Bay Collegiate Oct. 6-7, before heading to the Quail Valley Intercollegiate Oct. 19-20 in Vero Beach, Florida, hosted by South Florida. The team wraps up the fall portion with a cross-country trip to Lahaina, Hawaii, for the Kaanapali Classic Intercollegiate.
Spring Schedule:
The Eagles return to action Feb. 2-3 at the Sea Best Invitational, hosted by Jacksonville University in Atlantic Beach, Florida. FGCU placed second at the event a season ago.
FGCU's final in-state appearance is set for Feb. 14-15 at the Gators Invitational, hosted by No. 6 University of Florida in Gainesville. The Eagles finished third in the 2025 edition of the tournament. On March 9-10, FGCU returns to Sea Island, Georgia, for the Johnnie-O Invitational, hosted by Rutgers. The team tied for second at the event last year and will compete for the title in 2026.
Following a three-week break, FGCU heads back to Myrtle Beach to compete in the General Hackler Championship, its second event of the year hosted by Coastal Carolina. The team will remain in South Carolina to take part in the Hootie at Bulls Bay Intercollegiate, hosted by the College of Charleston, March 22-24 in Awendaw.
FGCU's regular-season finale is scheduled for April 6-7 in Richmond, Virginia, at the Gile-Spratley Collegiate, hosted by Liberty.
Postseason:
The 2026 ASUN Championship returns to Kinderlou Forest Golf Club in Valdosta, Georgia. The opening round is set for April 21.
