How did you sleep last night? According to the Sleep Foundation, over half of college students receive fewer than seven hours of sleep during a typical semester (Ryan, 2022). To help students get better sleep, Dream On will guide students through the importance of sleep, the Sleep Cycle, and provide insight on how to identify sleep inhibitors. This is a slightly deeper and more advanced Bible study meant to equip us for ministry. Our belief at Thrive is every person is called by God and has a ministry that will impact other people deeply.
