FGCU Sailing Club
Welcome to the Sailing Club page! Our goal is to promote a passion for sailing amongst college students and to have fun while doing it! All are welcome in the Sailing Club! You do not have to have experience in order to join; our experienced sailors will teach you all you need to know to be successful out on the water.
Don't worry if you can't make it to every meeting. We will be hosting educational and social events throughout the year in addition to our regular meetings, so there is something for everyone to do.
Click the "Join" button on the Sailing Club page to join. After you have requested to join, you will go to the "Forms" section of the ‘Sports Clubs’ EagleLink page and find the Participation Waiver & Liability form. Once you have filled out and submitted the Participation Waiver & Liability form, you will be sent an ImPACT Concussion Test to your school email within two days. The Concussion Test must be completed before being allowed out on the boats.
The best way to get in contact with us is by emailing our President, Aleksandra Dabic (adabic4423@eagle.fgcu.edu). Feel free to send any of your questions our way! We look forward to getting to know all that join the club.
