Music Therapy Association

As a music therapy organization at Florida Gulf Coast University, we intend to serve as advocates for the music therapy profession directed towards various populations throughout Southwest Florida. As advocates of the profession, we will work towards providing positive experiences for students throughout the university; as well as those in our community. Social activities of this proposed organization are intended to support this advocacy.  Outcomes of this organization are intended to be consistent with those of the American Music Therapy Association, the approval body for the Bachelor of Music Therapy degree.
