Gulf Scholars

The Gulf Scholars Program at FGCU invites students from all majors to collaborate on real-world solutions to Southwest Florida’s most pressing challenges. Through engaging interdisciplinary courses, hands-on projects, community partnerships, and funded opportunities, Gulf Scholars explore regional issues from multiple perspectives. Gulf Scholars will also gain professional experience, earn a micro-credential and have the opportunity to present their work publicly.
