The mission of the Latin American Student Organization (LASO) is to celebrate and educate others on the Hispanic and Latin-American culture across campus. It's a welcoming environment for all Latinos and non-Latinos who desire to learn more about the Latin and Hispanic culture. Through service, our goal is to serve as many Hispanics and minorities in and out of the community. We strive to proudly represent the culture through our monthly events including Hispanic Heritage Month and educate students on the different customs and traditions that exist within the Hispanic and Latin Community.
We stand for: Diversity, Service and Social Awareness
Our motto: Siempre unidos con LASO. Always united with LASO.
