Everglades Hall

Welcome to Everglades Hall (EVE), the heart of South Village (SoVi)!

South Village (SoVi) is primarily reserved for first-year students and a limited number of second-year and lower-level transfer students. Everglades Hall is one of five SoVi residential halls (Everglades, Biscayne, Palmetto, Osprey, and Eagle) and is one of three 1-2 bedroom suite style residential halls (Everglades, Biscayne, and Palmetto - the Triplets).

The SoVi alligator represents EVE's long-standing value of tradition and camaraderie. The alligator chomp, chomps of all who live in EVE never go unnoticed!
