University Recreation and Wellness
Challenge yourself with one of our group fitness classes, or through a personal training session. Take a lap in the Aquatics Center pools or relax in the resort-style SoVi Pool. Compete in intramural sport leagues or join a sport club to get more involved. Students can even take out a sailboat or paddleboard on the lake - or take a ride on the Heyday wakeboat for free! URecWell also promotes holistic wellness through peer wellness coaching, therapy dogs, victim advocacy, and education on alcohol, cannabis, mental health, and sexual health.

Mon, Jan 26Wellness Workshop: Color Me StressedWhat color are you when you’re stressed? The adjustment to college life, balancing a social life with a more rigorous course load, and adjusting to being more independent are all possible stressors for college students. In this program, students will learn how their individual personality traits can be used to manage their daily stress and minimize the negative effects of stress based on the True Colors personality test. After they learn the basics, the colors will compete to test their knowledge! *Free dinner for students who RSVP. Those with dietary restrictions must RSVP at least 48 hours in advance to be accommodated* Mon, Jan 26Wellness Workshop: Color Me StressedWhat color are you when you’re stressed?
