FGCU Medieval Combat Team after a hard day's work.

FGCU Medieval Combat Club defeats FAU, USF, and FSU in Battle this Past Saturday!

The FGCU Medieval Combat club hosted a battle at Rec Field 2 this past Saturday. The visiting schools included FSU, USF, and FAU, with a total of 34 participants!

 These visiting teams joined together in an attempt to defeat the forces of FGCU but did not succeed!  There were various scenarios, including our traditional kill the king battle, Osgiliath/King of the Castle battle, and our death tax battle.  FGCU reined supreme in each scenario!

For our tournaments, we hosted an open-weapon tournament (no armor), and a four-horsemen tournament (4v4 teams). The winner of the open-weapon tournament was Sam Kozlowski of FGCU and the winning team of four horsemen tournament was FGCU with William Canfield, Sam Kozlowski, Andrew Rose and Danny Scarlett! Congratulations to our winners!
