ROCK RSO Upcoming Events

If you haven't heard of us yet, we are the Roots of Compassion and Kindness RSO, dedicated to spreading kindness at FGCU and serving our SWFL community. If you enjoyed our events such as You Are Kenough and World Kindness Day, you'll love what we have coming up in the spring:

Paint and Meditate, January 29, 5pm, Library Lawn Veterans Pavilion 

Start the new year with a clear mind and positive outlook as we guide you through a self care journey. Paint away what's clearing your mind and remind yourself that "You are a ROCK-star". Together, let's color our world with positivity.

Eagle Con 2024, Hosted by Student Government, ROCK Radio, February 3 

Did you know that music has the ability to aid in your mental health? Pull up your favorite music streaming app as we lead a workshop on how to create the perfect mindful playlist you can use anytime you need a boost of energy. Galentines Day, February 14, 6pm, Cohen 201

Calling all singles, don't spend your Valentines Day alone! We know this time of February can be emotionally draining, but you have the ROCK family by your side. Join us for a night of fun activities, such as heart wreath decorating, karaoke, and sending candy grams to your friends. Let's be alone together!
