Plants have the power to remove air toxins and reduce stress levels, who knew!?

 

Well, extensive research by NASA has revealed that houseplants can remove up to 87% of air toxins in 24 hours. Studies have also proven that indoor plants improve concentration and productivity, reduce stress levels and boost your mood. I bet you are wondering where to start, so see below!

 

Succulents

While some succulents may vary, you can water them once a week and put them where they can get the most sunlight, like a windowsill.

 

Ivy

They do well with communicating to you that they need watering because their leaves will look limp and soft. Beware of devil's ivy if you have a cat or a dog because they are toxic to them.
