Information about April events.
Hello Eagles,
Here's what we have coming up for the month of April!
- On Wednesday April 2nd, local children's author David Mark Lopezwill make his second presentation at FGCU. He is a fantastic speaker! It will be held in Whitaker 129 from 9:30am-11:00am. He will be bringing his series with him, so bring cash if you are interested!
- Wednesday April 9th we have the opportunity to volunteer at the Naples Children's Museum.
- Sunday April 13th we have 13 members traveling to Orlando to volunteer at Give Kids the World!
- Tuesday April 15th at 7:00pm in Marieb 200 Eagles Educate will be hosting Administration Night. We have confirmation from administrators at the elementary, middle, and high school level. This event will be set up similar to the Real Deal, as a Q&A. We will be serving chicken fingers, fruit, and drinks! Officers for the 2014-2015 school year will be announced during this event. Please RSVP on Facebook, or let us know via email if you plan on attending. - On Tuesday April 22nd graduating seniors will receive their stoles during their final seminar/ Showcase.
- Need a thank you gift for a professor, cooperating teacher, supervisor? Order a chalkboard thank you mug! I've attached a picture. They are $5 each. The proceeds are going towards food for events, t-shirts, conference fees, and other expenses. Please contact Danielle Davis at dedavis8570@eagle.fgcu.edu if you are interested!
