Black History 365: Remembering Our Roots

BH365 2023 will pay tribute to influential figures who have made significant contributions to various aspects of well-being, including social progress, intellectual development, and spiritual growth. Our theme, "Remembering Our Roots," emphasizes the importance of understanding the struggles faced by past generations of the Black community and the resilience they demonstrated in overcoming them. The Florida Gulf Coast University community, including students, faculty, staff, and community members, will come together to celebrate and learn about Black culture through engaging educational activities, interactive experiences, and meaningful conversations through the following experiences:

• BH365 Kick Off:Wednesday, February 1, 2023 11:00AM-1:00pm
• African American Read-In, Monday February 6,2023 1:00pm-2:30pm ( Click on the link to sign up for the reading)
  
• Night of Worship, Sunday February 19, 2023 6:00pm-8:30pm
