Journaling is a great way to channel your inner moods and thought processes onto paper by writing down how you are feeling and what you are experiencing. We recommend that you download the app 5 Minute Journal, so you can take your journaling to the next level! The people who created this app understand that dealing with life’s feelings can be daunting, but they make it exciting and easy to start journaling. 5 Minute Journal starts off each day by asking you 3 simple questions that will instill gratitude and start your day on a positive note. They remind you throughout the day to write what may be going on and your thoughts. It’s definitely something that will remind you of the good times and the growth you’ve made!

The app Daylio makes mood tracking easier for those who want to be in tune with their feelings while on the go.
