The Supply Chain Management Club at Florida Gulf Coast University recently had the opportunity of a lifetime as they embarked on a trip to the windy city of Chicago, Illinois, to attend the highly anticipated ProMat 2023 Conference. This event, held on Wednesday, March 22nd, was an immersive experience for the students, providing them with valuable insights and inspiration for their future careers in the dynamic field of supply chain management.
ProMat 2023, the largest expo for manufacturing and supply chain professionals in North and South America, was an eye-opening experience for the students. The event featured cutting-edge technologies, innovative solutions, and industry experts worldwide. The students could engage with leading companies in the supply chain industry, learn about the latest trends and advancements, and participate in thought-provoking discussions and seminars.
One of the highlights of the conference was the interactive exhibits that showcased cutting-edge technologies and solutions from leading companies in the supply chain industry. The students witnessed live demonstrations of state-of-the-art warehouse automation systems, robotics, and virtual reality simulations, giving them a first-hand experience of the latest advancements in supply chain operations.
